Link supports development and delivery of innovative, practice-led postgraduate level (Masters, PhD) provision across the LINK network and actively promotes joint working, student exchange and strengthens undergraduate provision across its members.

LINK promotes professional practice recognition and the professional-educational linkages across its network.

LINK supports professional education across the network and encourages wider industry participation in professional courses.

Real Estate Professional Courses

The UWE Department of Architecture and the Built Environment offers a suite of  postgraduate level modules in Real Estate as continuing professional development (CPD), counting towards MSc programmes accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  These modules offer practical application alongside theoretical underpinning to help develop and broaden your knowledge in the topic.

All modules are delivered in two modes – on campus or as distance learning over a ten-week period. You will have access to your learning materials via our online learning platform. If you chose the distance learning mode you will be able to work though in your own time, while live webinar sessions will provide an opportunity for you to discuss the materials in more depth. 

The fee for Real Estate Law and  Strategic Estate Management is £792 per participant, per module, and for  Real Estate Economics and Valuations it is £1,584 per participant, per module. 

Professional accreditation 

For individuals attending without undertaking the assessment, these modules count as formal CPD required by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. 

If you undertake the module assessments and decide to continue with your studies, these modules can be used towards our following awards:
